After 8 days spent between Arizona (USA) and Sonora (Mexico), filming the adventurous and heroic life of Father Kino and the spiritual and material heritage he left behind himself in those territories, the team of Aurora Vision returns to Italy. Here they will begin the mounting of the documentary film that will be entirely available to the public in autumn 2017. Lia Giovanazzi Beltrami (director), Andrea Morghen (producer) and Denis Morosin (director of photography) during their stay experienced the cordial hospitality of Southwest and Sonora. We at the Cultural Association Padre Kino of Segno, who have spiritually shared their venture, give a special thanks to those that, on our friendly request, contributed to its realization. So many thanks to: Manuel (“Manny”) Martinez and John Vidal of Mission San Xavier del Bac, Rangers Georgina Jacquez and Anita Bradertscher of the Historical National Park of Tumacácori, Father Pete Neely, SJ of the Kino Border Initiative, the Cabalgantes of “Por Los Caminos de Kino” especially to the Salgado & Ramonet families, the city of Magdalena de Kino, then Carmen Dolny, Rosie Garcia and Mark O’Hare of the Kino Heritage Society, a special thank you to the Aurora Vision guides: Richard and Diane Collins . We do not want to forget the very dear friends of the Facebook profile Eusebio Kino, https://www.facebook.com/eusebio.kino.56 who have provided us with so much information for our web pages !! Long live Padre Kino !!
